Buttermilk Drop Biscuits

Since the Kidlet's baking spree doesn't show any sign of slowing down, I've been trying to make sure we have lots of ingredients on hand for it. Quite a few of the recipes from her book call for buttermilk, so I grabbed a carton of that during the last grocery run and we've been gradually working our way through it. Today's project was these buttermilk drop biscuits. Nice and easy to throw together and delicious and tender and buttery too! Not terribly healthy, but nice for a treat.
