This is definitely NOT school safe, but it is delicious! And it's also very quick and easy to make. I know it doesn't look like much judging by the ingredient list, but it's really great. And, if you did want to make a school safe version, you could probably do something similar with sunflower seed butter or pumpkin seed butter.
1 You can use either crunchy or smooth peanut butter for this. Personally, I feel like smooth works best, but I've tried it with both and they're both good. Back
Peanut Butter Fluff Dip

Ingredients
- 1 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 c. natural peanut butter1
- 2-3 Tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Use as a dip for fruit or celery. Also makes a great sandwich filling!
