Baked Beans
Kidlet has been a big fan of baked beans lately (although he seems to have decided that they're "chili beans"), so I figured they'd make a reasonable protein offering. I know they're still pretty starchy, but I tried to bump up the protein a bit in the starch category to compensate for having a starchy protein.Starch
Protein Pancakes
Normally I'd make pancakes from scratch. But when making a very small batch like this, I must admit, I do appreciate the convenience of a "just add water" mix. I actually had it left over from a camping trip this past summer, so it all worked out rather well.Dairy

I totally forgot to add the yogurt before I snapped the photo, so just ignore the empty dip well in the middle.1 I used white poppy seeds because that's what I had on hand. No reason you couldn't use regular dark ones though! Back
