Cold sandwiches aren't a thing that happens much in this household. We make grilled cheeses, and hot sandwich-adjacent things like jeong ttotti, but while we eat a lot of bread, the classic "bread, condiments, cold flat things, other bread" sandwich doesn't appear much.
The other day, though, I needed to make a quick lunch for myself and Alex, and we had a bunch of store-bought croissants at hand and more deli meats than usual in the fridge, so I quickly tossed these together. She hasn't made one herself yet, but she has demonstrated all the individual skills needed.
