This was a fun throw-together snack and the Kidlet loved! She ate one entire parfait right off the bat and devoured all but a few tablespoons of the second one immediately after. Big hit!
Yogurt and Berry Parfaits
Slightly adapted from the Complete Cookbook for Young Chefs
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 c. fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, or sliced strawberries)
- 1/2 c. granola
Directions
- Whisk honey into yogurt.
- Get two glasses or jars and spoon 1/4 c. of yogurt into the bottom of each.
- Add 1/4 c. of berries to each jar on top of the yogurt.
- Add 2 Tbsp. of granola to each jar on top of the berries.
- Repeat the layers once more.
