Crispy Smoked Tofu
When I make nachos at home, I don't normally bother with pre-frying it. I just chop it up and toss it on the nachos before they go in the oven. For deconstructed lunchbox nachos, I thought crisping it might be nice.
Ingredients
- 1/2 block smoked tofu, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
Directions
- Dredge tofu in cornstarch.
- Fry in canola oil over medium-high heat until crisp and brown on both sides.
